Throw out your old Oxford dictionary – here’s a list of words you really need to know. 

Pompoir

You may know pompoir by another name, such as ‘the Singapore grip’ or ‘playing the flute’, or perhaps you didn’t know it had a name at all. This is the fine art of a woman contracting her vaginal muscles around a penis with such control that she can effectively suck her partner in, lock him in place, or expel him completely. 

It’s a little like performing kegel exercises, but with more intensity and direction. You can do it while perfectly still or while moving, in missionary or on any other position. It’s a move that’s as flexible as you are, and after a bit of practice, can just about guarantee 150 per cent more moans in the bedroom. 

Aischrolatry

You might not find this one in every dictionary, but it’s definitely in ours. It’s ‘the love of smut’, and we know for a fact many of you can claim this one. Most of the stories written by our talented members are smut, and we just challenge you not to jump on your playmate or pull out the toys after reading a couple of those. 

Catamite

Back in the days of Greece and Rome, a catamite was a boy used for sex by older men. These days, the term simply refers to a younger male lover - and who hasn’t enjoyed one or two of those?

Tribadism

We’ll give you a clue: Tribein is a Greek word meaning ‘to rub’. 

It’s not much of a clue really, because that could be just about anything. In this case though, tribadism is the act of two women rubbing against each other clit to clit, typically in missionary position, to achieve orgasm.  Less formally, you might have known it as scissoring. 

Airtight

Sound confusing? It’s not. 

When a woman has three penises in her (or other toys/objects, we’re not too picky), she can be considered ‘airtight’. Like a submarine. Or a plane. 

Frottage

In art, frottage is that thing you did in school when you rubbed a crayon on a sheet of paper over something with a texture (like a leaf) to create a cool picture. The grown up version is much more fun - it’s dry humping. Clothes on or clothes off, it’s getting your kicks out of rubbing up against someone else. It’s quite popular in night clubs, and we’re all guilty of enjoying a little frottage to work our way up to something more. 

Shrimping

Bubba from Forest Gump might have been able to spend days listing off all the ways you can cook shrimp, but we don’t think he mentioned this one. Although, by comparison, shrimping is just about downright sweet and romantic compared to the some of the words on this list. Shrimping is the act of sucking on another’s toes.
