How to have a Cervical Orgasm
A cervical orgasm, also sometimes referred to as a cervix orgasm, is a type of orgasm that involves stimulation of the cervix - the lower part of the uterus located at the top of the vaginal canal. It's sort of like a trapdoor that keeps all of the nasties out of your body, but that allows period blood and other uterine fluids to escape, and is what becomes dilated and wider when you're about to give birth.

Apart from medical conditions like endometriosis and vaginismus, accidental hitting of the cervix is probably one of the most common causes of painful sex, but, as I always say in these articles, every one of us is different and what causes pain and discomfort for some, can actually create pleasure and enjoyment for others, and the cervix is no different.
Those women who do enjoy a cervical orgasm report that they can be super intense, deeply satisfying, and yet completely different from clitoral or g-spot orgasms.
From talking to a number of women who experience them, achieving a cervical orgasm typically involves a combination of physical and mental factors, as well as a lot of trust, communication, and exploration in the mix too.
I've collated a bunch of their tips and tricks to give you a bit of a guide as to how to achieve your own cervical orgasm.
Communication and Trust
As with all sex and sexual play, open and honest communication with your partner is crucial. Especially when trying something new that could possibly end up not being as great as you thought it could be.
Establishing trust, discussing boundaries, and ensuring mutual consent are super important before deep diving down into the depths of muff.
Relaxation and Arousal
I know a lot of you think it's a bit of a wank, but tantra and tantric breathing practices can be absolutely essential in the difference between pleasure and pain. The deep, diaphragm exercises and focused attention on your lover's rhythms actually can and do help enhance arousal, and this in turn helps increase sensitivity. Engage in foreplay that focuses on deep breathing and building intimacy to prepare for deeper pleasure and pressure.
Positioning
To get that right, specific cervix-getting angle, it's a good idea to experiment with sex positions that allow for deep penetration. You don't have to go full kama sutra either. Pay attention to your partner's responses and guidance too. These are all key in finding the right level of stimulation.
Lubrication
This should be a no-brainer but sometimes it's good to have a reminder.
Apart from consent, lube is the most important part of having pleasurable sex.
Using a high-quality, water-based lube can reduce friction, enhance comfort, and make penetration smoother. Good and proper lubrication (including reapplying when it starts to dry out) is super important when engaging in deep penetration activities.
Pelvic Floor Exercises
Not just for pregnant women, kegel exercises are absolutely amazing for sexual health and enjoyment.
Strengthening the pelvic floor muscles through kegel exercises can improve blood flow to the pelvic region, increase arousal, and, in turn, potentially intensify cervical orgasms. This is because having strong pelvic floor muscles can enhance pleasure and responsiveness during sexual activity by strengthening the muscles in the area, making orgasms more intense and often longer lasting!
In closing, please remember that cervical orgasms, and the want to achieve one can vary from person to person. It isn't super common, and most women will know already if it’s something they could possibly want to try, or know it's definitely something they're just not interested in.
Don't push it if they say no. Don't try and act all sexperty and try and "educate" them on their own orgasms. That's not only incredibly disrespectful to her own understanding of her own body, but it also shows you have no understanding of consent and boundaries.
Like all sex, what works for one individual may not work for another, so it's important to keep an open mind, experiment as much as you'd like to and feel comfortable with, and always get enthusiastic consent before you try anything.
