How to move a message to the 'Other' tab

To move a message from your Focused to your Other tab you will need to Ignore the message, you also have the option to Leave a conversation as well. 

• Leave Conversation will automatically move the conversation to your Deleted folder and the member will not be able to message you again
• Ignore Conversation will move it to your Other folder.

To access these options in Messenger click on the three dots next to the username of the member and select either Leave Conversation or Ignore Conversation from the drop down.
