How can I unsubscribe from receiving emails?

Unsubscribe from emails and update your email preferences by visiting Settings.

Click on the round avatar at the top of the page > select Settings from the drop-down > notifications 
Under 'How would you like to receive these notifications' press the toggle next to Email.
