Why can't a member see my photo?

Is the member 18+ verified?
For a member to see a photo you've sent directly through Messenger or to view R rated content in your Private Galleries they have to be 18+ verified.

Do they have Adult Mode enabled?
A member needs to have adult mode toggled on in order to view photos sent in Messenger and R rated content.

Do they have access to your Private Gallery images?
